chaoscheebsFinally got to get new walking shoes today. The ones I got were nice (and inexpensive) and all, but months of not wearing shoes with a back means they hurt a little while I walk. _Fun_.
Also got to go to Best Buy; I had a choice between .hack//OUTBREAK and the complete collection of Sorcerer Hunters on DVD. Since I have Disgaea and I think .hack'll be there for another two weeks, I went Sorcerer Hunters. Carrot wai. Also got the third Excel Saga DVD and the Fairly Oddparents movie. Sure, laugh at the last one, but that's what made me go back to thicker outlines for my artwork.
I ended up at an Army-Navy surplus store. It was... odd, to say the least. Among the items for sale were little husky/wolf plushies, plush hot dog and cheeseburger _hats_, and bunny slippers. I will repeat that last item because it bears repeating. _BUNNY_. _SLIPPERS_. At an Army-Navy surplus store. Just _imagine_ what kind of comment my smart-assed little mind came up with there. Among the decorations was this suit of armor with a very, very ill-placed sword near a sensitive and unguarded spot of its anatomy. Again, imagine what I was thinking. The Army-Navy surplus store makes me think inappropriate thoughts. X.x
I must get more work done on the senior project. I have my villianess's design done and her lackeys penciled. I will not give the latter's names because I wish to unveil that horrible, horrible wordplay when I have the picture done. It's baaaaad. Worse than the ones before it, even. Almost as bad as the setting's name. It takes place in the city of Mezzo in the state of Forte in the country of Issimo (Mezzo Forte: "Medium loud"; Fortissimo: As loud as you can get in music notation). Gotta keep with the music refs that pervade that little planet I toy with. Name 'em all and get the satifaction of knowin' 'em all!
