chaoscheebsDay 10: Favorite Retro Game
Since I already used Bubble Bobble, let's go with SUPER MARIO BROS. 3! 8D 8D 8D
Before Wild Arms, before Sonic, there was Mario, and it was good. You have no idea. NO IDEA. How much I love this fucking game. Raccoon Mario was, like, my favorite power-up ever. He could fly and the ears and tail were adorable! And when they came out with the GBA port, I did the one thing I couldn't do when I was a kid: Beat all the levels. ALL OF THEM. I would usually just warp-whistle, P-Wing, and Lakitu's Cloud my way to the final level and beat it. And ohgod, the last boss. I was SO CONFUSED how to beat him at first, because he was unlike any other Bowser before him. But I did. And it was good. And then Peach made a "the princess is in another castle" joke. 8D
