chaoscheebsEvery time I hear/see the title "Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits", I automatically think "Epitaph of Twilight" from .hack. _Every time_.
But about Arc the Lad IV...
-I was right! Tatjana _was_ voiced by Cree Summer!
-Paulette has Tea/dubbed Anzu's voice. I guess if she can smack Joey around in the manga, she can kick some ass...
-And kick ass she _does_! Her personality does _NOT_ match the sheer amount of whoop-ass she can dole out with her special moves. Stinging Rain and the fire-based move that hites a wide line of enemies _ROCK_.
-Delma, alas, is the opposite. Her magic sucks, but she's so much _cooler_! It makes sense she has Millenia's voice; she _NEEDS_ to tell her slightly bastard-y crush she's hot for him _NOW_.
-Bebedora. I _KNOW_ I've heard her voice before. It sounds kinda like an creepy version of Kari from Digimon's voice.
-Bebedora is... The only way I can describe her is Choko's creepier, not unbalancingly powerful sister with the voice of the "Talking Tina" doll from a Twilight Zone episode. That and cool. I like Bebedora.
-I _NEED_ to find pictures of Choko and Bebedora to make a "My fandom has creepy little girls" icon. Seriously.
-Dammit, I _KNOW_ I've heard Kharg's voice somewhere before! I _want_ to say "Takeo Takakura", but that _can't_ be right...
-Kharg, I like ya, hon, but you _need_ to learn _strategy_. You coulda sent Paulette (good speed plus great movement) to get the Fire Stone while you and the other two saved Tatjana.
-Also, Kharg shoulda _let_ them shove Lillia into the lava instead of forking over the Fire Stone. I have nothing _against_ Lillia (she helped Darc! WAI!), but dammit, one person isn't worth risking the fate of the _world_ over. If the dude was in _love_ with her, I can understand, but fer cryin' out loud, he barely _knew_ the chick! >_<
-Yes, I like Darc. A lot. Despite the bastardiness. Maybe because of it. >) *Flashes back to Ryudo and Squall* It takes a very secure man to basically wear a _skirt_ through (I presume) the entire game. I admire that.
-The fact Darc's showin' off those abs doesn't hurt either. Rowr. Yer human enough for _me_ hon. O__O
-... gah! Flashing back to Tosh... Mmm, Tosh...
-What was I talking about again?
-Oh, right, Darc. Is it me, or does his party have more personality than Kharg's?
-"Yes, yes, woman hot for leader and wanting to avenge father, hyper kid who may or may not (*snerk*) be a prince, tree-hugging ex-mercenary, _very_ interesting... *eye roll*" Not knocking them, but they're a bit... boring.
-"Ooo! Hot half-human guy with a cool-ass woman who's torn between killing him and screwing him, a cool-looking wolf dude who wants to avenge his wife and kid, a stuck up little old plant lady, and a creepy little girl that can kick ass? _ROCK_!" That's about my feelings there.
-Speaking of creepy little girls, I _MUST_ get Choko in my party. _MUST_.
-Samson. If he joins Kharg's party, I will be happy. Maru can't make Kharg's party interesting alone.
Overall:
-Advice to Kharg: I repeat, learn strategy!
-Advice to Maru: Don't ever change. ^_^
-Advice to Paulette: Please, for the love of all that is good and sweet, never, _EVER_ make a friendship speech.

-Advice to Carmellia: Don't use a Great Spirit Stone out in the open! SHEESH!
-Advice to Bebedora: If/when you meet Choko, be sure to team up and cause happy fun chaos, OK? ^_^
