So, for some reason I'm really, really, REALLY motivated to continue ignoring that Sonic FST project thing, even though I finally have a Jet song and a Silver song make a Star Fox FST. For the most part, it's been going well. I finally figured out something for Peppy and figured out where to go with Falco and Krystal, although I'm not quite satisfied with what I've got yet. Plus Star Wolf came together really, really easily! I totally did end up using "Heterosexual Man" for Panther. XD But... I can't find a damned thing for Fox. Everything I have is either too dark or too happy for him. Add in that I keep forgetting about Andross... How the fuck do I keep forgetting about a GIANT FLOATING MONKEY BRAIN THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE BAD SHIT IN THE ENTIRE LYLAT SYSTEM?!? (I still can't believe that I am not making this up.) Gah, and I don't wanna forget Bill and General Pepper... Or at least not Pepper; Bill's pretty minor, despite being awesome (already in charge of two squadrons at about Fox's age in Star Fox 64? Either Bill must be pretty fucking awesome or the the Cornerian military's hurting that badly).

... man, all that Wikidiving for "Changes Are No Good" has made it near-impossible to suspend my disbelief when it comes to military rankings. Not that I didn't do some fudging myself--Sonic and Saffron are pretty young to have have their respective titles--but it was nowhere near this bad. Bill being leader of two squadrons at, what, 18 or so? Peppy suddenly being a General despite, y'know, NOT ACTUALLY BEING IN THE MILITARY AT ALL BEFORE? WTF? Apparently if you're badass enough, you can skip all formalities on Corneria. AND PEPPY TOTALLY IS BADASS ENOUGH I WILL NEVER STOP CAPSLOCKING OVER HIM OMGOMGOMG
