Leave a list of 10 fictional characters in your journal that you would love to get your Christmas/holiday message from. It is your friends' mission, should they choose to accept it, to write an in-character "holiday greetings" message from a character on that list - whether to you, or to another character on that list.

Then your friends can post their own list in their journals and the process continues! (Feel free to post anonymously too.)
