This job is going to make me hate holidays.

It's not the work itself, mind; I like my job, despite the occasional NIGHT FROM HELL particularly stressfull night. It's just whenever a holiday pops up, the schedule will invariably go haywire.

For example, the Fourth of July: Seven days straight. It would be fine, if I had the same shift every day. Instead, 4-midnight five times, then 8-noon, but ended up staying until 2, then midnight-8, with only six hours and five hours sleep total. X.x

This time? 4-midnight all but one day, with an 8-noon on top of today's, then two midnight-8s and an 8-4. All because someone had to say, "Oh, I can't do those midnights after all. Later, losers!"

GAH. Just... GAH.

Tomorrow, I get vanilla coffees in those little bottles (or big, if they have them), for I will need them. X.x

And the girl who came in after me said I'm always the one plugging away at extra hours. That's... very accurate. I can't say "no" to money duty both! Need Radiata Stories... Triiiiii-Aaaaaaaace gooooood... @_@.

Unrelatedly, I am caught up on the challenge drabbles. Yay for me. Might still do the extra ones of smallwickedlady's.

Also, I must update the sites... er... eventually. It's been too long. Maybe do something with the sonic_drive drabbles I've done too.

Unrelatedly, I might take the note/sketchbook combo with me so I can work out some story ideas. Or doodle inappropriate things if everyone stays in frigging bed. Or if they don't; I drew a joke picture about tentacle porn once at work. I'm a bad, bad, girl. XD
