chaoscheebsI saw about the last hour of Star Wars Episode 2 last night (Yoda fighting wai), and I think I figured out _why_ Anakin Skywalker turned to the dark side. No, it's not some complex ordeal or anything; it's because he's been called "Annie" all his life. Dude, I'd be pissed at the universe too if I were him and called "Annie". Phenominal Jedi powers, reeeeeeeeally stupid nickname. Something similar happened to Dooku, too. I mean, his name sounds remarkably close to a synonym for "poop". That'd make anyone want to smite others, ya know? *nods sagely as if she made _sense_*
Oh, and I like that Amadala chick. Girl who can use a gun = wai. But I have two words for her: Restraining. Order. Seriously, girly. Dudes that talk about killin' like that are no good for ya. In the words of Anita from West Side Story, "o/~ A boy like that, would kill your brother!/ Forget that boy, and find another! o/~"
... dammit, now I have that song in my head. Oh well, at least I know words to it, unlike Big the Cat's theme, which has been in my head for days now.
